BMW Vision Efficient Dynamic WIP

Hallo zusammen,

C&C welcome!

Hi all,

long time not worked on a vehicle ..... okay, let's say in private sector. ;)
So here is my idea of presenting this beautiful car design.
My biggest question is whether the environment is good, or perhaps too little, do it need more details?
Or does it work, because the vehicle is supposed to be the focus.
As you can see I want to use Iray, let's see if I can manage the creepy fireflys, maybe it takes me back to MR.
At the tail-light closeup they are still very strong.

These are only preview rendering, so the noise is still quite strong.
Nevertheless you can say something about the materials also.

C&C welcome!

Ciao Andreas

i can not say something about materials, because too much noise and i don´t know what do you want to achieve, but i think, the background (to much bright lines) is a little bit disturbing (störend) when i look at the image... I like the reflections on the material due to this bg...

Do you have reference images i could look at it?

Hi Einstein.

Yes you can make many improvements.
1. Change the direction and the shape of the ground from which the car drives into the picture frame. Its ok that the car comes from the left side, but lets drive the car along a concave wall. It would be more dynamic and better for the images composition. Remember your Audi A1 on the race course it`s the same principle. The concave wall should not fill the whole picture but it should give your picture more dynamic. You can see on the wall on your scene why the tube is not optimal, it squeezes the reflection of your car to a small toycar.
2. The light : I think the lower region of the car is to bright and the upper part to dark, try to lighten it equal.
3. I am not really sure but try to give your scene a horizon and also a sky which gives you some nice highlights on the roof of the car, maybe stars or some scifi skies.
4. To fill the scene with illuminating tube or geometry is ok, but maybe you can give them a functionality. Some positionlights, traffic signals, strange looking advertisment panels or some flying objects, planes etc ....

The top view is fine, because it shows us the outer shape of the conceptcar. !

I think your scene has a lot potencial, now its your turn to pull out the best.

Kind regards, Seeda.
