Old Collages

Postby jomar machado on Sun Oct 30, 2011 22:01 pm

These images were made some time ago.

I used a Nikon F2A (28-80mm) and a B&W High Speed film (1600 ASA).

Later I scanned them and made these collages in Photoshop.

Unfortunatelly I lost these files in higher formats but I have the original negatives and prints(18X24).

Hope you like them...

Hi Jomar.

Wow. I like them all, really art !

You shot with largeformat ? Thats great. Actually i "relearn" my skills with film, I bought a Medium Camera, a Pentacon Six. But its hard, i have lost all my analog skills :smt012 its the kind how you see things, and prepair youself for the right moment. This is a fact that today changed completely with digital cameras.

I am interested to see more from you. If you want to show them post them here viewforum.php?f=61

Best regards, Seeda.

Thank you bro. I've just posted them...

The digital world is more fast and easy to do, but I loved the time we had to prepare our dark room at home, the developing process and all that kind of stuff that we needed at that time.

Today everything is for yesterday, we don't have time to think and feel our process...

I'm not nostalgic, these thoughts are only what I've been noticed...

cheers,
